Wendy Williams and former protégé Charlemagne tha God have reunited seven months after squashing a decade-long beef that allegedly began because of Williams’ estranged ex, Kevin Hunter.
“He learned from the best,” Williams, 55, wrote of her former mentee, 41. “Loyalty is everything! My guy is doing his thing!❤”
Before burying the hatchet this spring, the two media giants had not spoken since 2010 after a falling out that Charlamagne blamed on Williams’ soon-to-be ex-husband, with the walk-of-famer going so far as to claim she didn’t know her former sidekick back in 2014.
After Wendy filed for divorce, the “Shook One” author extended an olive branch to his former mentor, offering to take her out to dinner.
“The reason Kevin Hunter and I fell out, and the reason why I don’t communicate with Wendy anymore is because of Sharina,”
Charlamagne referencing a 2009 incident involving Hunter’s mistress Sharina Hudson.
“Kevin got upset because he thought Sharina liked one of my homeboys and he thought that I was hooking Sharina up with other men.”
