BET Announces Five-Part Docuseries About Master P’s 'No Limit Records'

BET network announced their upcoming docuseries called, No Limit Chronicles.

The five-part series will be centered around Master P and his iconic No Limit Records. The flick will feature interviews from notable No Limit insiders like his son, Romeo Miller, Snoop Dogg, Silkk The Shocker, Mia X, Mystikal, Fiend, and Mr. Serv-On.

Fans will get the chance to view rare footage and get an in-depth look at a legendary entity that doesn’t always get the recognition it deserves.

Founded by Percy “Master P” Miller in 1990, No Limit Records was one of the hottest hip hop labels of the ‘90s. It housed acts like Mystikal, Silkk da Shocker, Snoop Dogg (following his infamous split from Death Row Records) and Master P himself.

After years of success, No Limit began to experience financial troubles and filed for bankruptcy in 2003, but was later re-established as The New No Limit. Today, the once hitmaking label (now calld No Limit Forever) operates under the leadership of P’s son, Romeo Miller.

Part 1 of “No Limit Chronicles” will premiere Wednesday, July 29, at 9 PM ET/PT on BET. Check out the trailer below:
